Nothing Seems to work on the MCP site for the Last Month

Over a Month ago I passed my MCITP, I have contacted Microsoft numerous times about their logo builder. It does not display the last course I passed 'Enterprise Admin' I was assured it would be fixed as of today, 5 weeks later.  Also I ordered a wallet card, I received that yesterday and the picture was pretty bad, they squashed my head when they cropped it. No way would I ever show this to anyone. So why has your customer service taken a dive? And why can't Microsoft build a simple graphic, and process a picture? I spent a lot of time and effort getting certified, and my expectation  was that I would be able to use these resources to get a better job.
